Fitness and Exercise

Fitness and exercise are extremely important to maintain overall wellness and prevent future ailments. Here at CHASE Chiropractic we can suggest and demonstrate various exercises to allow for a healthy and strong body. We have a certified trainer on staff who works closely with Dr. Leahy to design an individual program for each patient. We have pictures, descriptions and videos of the exercises for our patients to take home with them after being trained. We even have outdoor fitness classes available for those who want to take it to the next level.
